I have received that letter back, with "refused 7/25". On July 20, 22, I sent a certified letter to Dennis/Four Seasons, and included the bill from ****** and ask that he send my money within the next 2 weeks. The tech stated that no one had put teflon on the threads of the condensate line coming out of the furnace and the water was running down the inside to the electrical components. That tech came out on 7/14/22, and found the leak and ran the condensate line the way it was before this all started, around the wall and behind my water heater. A person from ****** called me, I believe her name was Brandy, and she said she would send a senior tech back out. The leak continued, so ****** sent me a survey, and I let them know that my problem was not resolved, and that the condensate line was ran in front of my water heater and that was not good because I would have to remove it in order to do anything with the water heater. The first tech came on 7/5/22 and could not find the leak, but reran the condensate line in the front of my water heater to the laundry tub and gave me a bill for $386.95. I heard nothing back, so I called ****** to come out and look at my system. Jessica stated she would let them know, and was waiting on a schedule time. I text Jessica on 6/30/22 and asked when someone would be out, if not then I would have to hire someone to fix the leak. I called on 6/29/22 and left a message wanting to know when someone would be out. On 6/28/22, Jessica from the office called and asked me to send pictures of the leak and the condensate line, and I did. I didn't hear anything back, so I called again on 6/27/22. I first called on or about 6/23/22, and left a message. Within 6 weeks of the install, I noticed water coming out from the bottom of the furnace, and also had concerns of the condensate line stopping up because of the way it was installed.
